Santosh Oommen is a freelance illustrator and storyboard artist for TV animation, advertising, and film and has worked as an animator in both TV animation and video games. He has worked with companies like Jim Henson Interactive, Warner Brothers Interactive, Disney, Lucasfilm, MTV, and NBC. Santosh later became the chair of an animation program at the Art Institute of Inland Empire, while finishing his MFA in Animation-story at the Academy of Art University. He is the Branding/Communication Chair of The Society of Illustrators of Los Angeles and a member of The Society of Children Books Writers and Illustrators since 2013. He was also The Society of Illustrators of Los Angeles podcast host in 2015, interviewing authors such as Nilah Magruder, Mike Cavallaro, and more. He now freelances storyboards for TV animation/Live Action and other projects and is working on his own kids graphic novel! |
